Un cliente quiere hacer convenio de pago en SAT, pero no puede ir personalmente a firmar el convenio, ¿puede el contador o alguna otra persona firmar el convenio?

Usuario 1: Sí puede, con un mandato de representación.
Usuario 2: La responsabilidad es del contribuyente. Como contadores no debemos ni pensar en firmar por él. Tiene que presentarse a firmar.
Usuario 3: SÍ se puede, que un tercero lo pueda representar siempre y cuando el contribuyente le extienda por escrito, que lo puede representar y firmado por el contribuyente, DPI.
Usuario 4: Mejor el representante. Se imaginan con un contador irresponsable haciendo convenio de pago por todo.
Usuario 5: Solo representante legal o contribuyente.
